Guillermo and Kathleen are both Bikram Yoga Teachers with over 10 years of experience. They want to share their knowledge and experience with supportive techniques combining Young Living Essential Oils with yoga postures to keep the mind, body and spirit balanced and protected. At Oil Mi Yoga, you will learn how to calm the mind, listen to the body, improve your posture, raise your frequency of vibration and have fun! We look forward to sharing our mind, body and soul with all of you.
